Admission Procedure

Age Eligibility

  • Admission to Pre-K.G.: Minimum age is 2½ years.

  • Admission to L.K.G.: Minimum age is 3½ years.

  • Admission to U.K.G. and above: Age criteria vary; please contact the school office for details.

Application Process

  • Obtain the application form from the school office or download it from the school’s official website.

  • Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the school office by the given deadline.

Assessment and Interaction

  • For Pre-K.G., L.K.G., and U.K.G.: No formal entrance test is conducted. An informal interaction session with the child and parents may be arranged.

  • For Classes I and above: Students may be required to appear for a written test and an interview. The date and time will be informed in advance.

Confirmation of Admission

  • Selected candidates will be notified through a formal communication.

  • Parents must confirm their child’s admission by paying the prescribed admission fees and submitting all required documents before the specified date.

Documents Required for Admission

  • - Completed application form.
    - Recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
    - Birth certificate (original and photocopy).
    - Previous school report card (for Classes II and above).
    - Transfer certificate from the previous school (for Classes II and above).
    - Copy of the Aadhar card or other government-issued ID.
    - Medical certificate indicating the child’s fitness.
    - Community certificate (if applicable).
    - Any additional documents specified by the school at the time of application.

Request for Withdrawal

  • Parents must submit a written request for withdrawal, stating the reasons for leaving.
    The request should be addressed to the Principal and handed in at the school office.

Notice Period

  • A minimum of one month’s notice must be given prior to the withdrawal.
    If the withdrawal request is made after the start of a new term, fees for that term may be charged.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued upon clearing all dues.
    Parents are advised to submit the T.C. request form along with a copy of the latest fee receipt.

Refund Policy

  • Admission fees and other charges paid at the time of admission are non-refundable.
    Term fees may not be refunded if the withdrawal request is submitted after the term has begun
